ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

If you work better solo or have a specific goal in mind you are working towards a solo session might be more your jam.  If you are new to Pilates, have an injury or postural compensation pattern you are working with, we suggest a one on one session with Keri so she can assess your movement patterns and together you can build out a plan to get you where you want to be. 

One on one sessions will be on the reformer, the cadillac and or the mat depending on your needs and goals and what Keri sees will work best for you.

GROUP CLASSES

There is just something about moving and breathing  in a room full of people with good tunes and the common goal of feeling great in your body.  Beyond the physical and mental benefits of a Pilates, the soul and nervous system advantages of community are plenty. All group classes taught awesome playlists in a supportive and light hearted environment. Classes are all levels and Keri provides modifications, building blocks and hands on assistance (if desired). Racism, Discrimination,  Body Shaming, Oppression of any form (i.e., cissexism, homophobia, ableism, transphobia, etc) will not be tolerated.

TEACHER TRAINING

The Muse Movement Pilates Teacher Training Program does more than simply teach you a dated repertoire. We offer a deconstructed, post-modern look at Pilates that helps you become a critical movement thinker. We teach you how to be a confident and sophisticated teacher who can read the narrative of a body. You will be able to create a movement experience that fits the various needs of differing bodies and lived experiences; in a group class or with a private client. You will be a unique and sought after teacher after graduating from this Program.
