She holds a Masters of Physiotherapy Degree from McMaster University (2018), and has dedicated her continued training to understanding how and when pelvic floor therapy can be applied to help individuals reach their goals. Her therapeutic approach combines manual therapy, movement therapy and education in the treatment of both internal and external musculoskeletal injuries.
